Spiritual Work-Out

The Bible tells us to work out our own salvation, with fear and trembling. For it is God who is at work within us both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

We live in a day wherein working out is a vital part of our lives, and we thank God for this wonderful aspect of life.

Bodily exercise is profitable, no doubt. Actually, the very scriptures tell us so. But exercising your human spirit is much more profitable, having promise of the life that now is, and that which is to come. You can gain more out of life by exercising your human spirit with the written Word of God.

The Word of God has got so much to teach us, only we must be teachable and not bring our own preconceived ideas to make the Word match them. We cannot tell God how to run His Kingdom.

We must be careful that our definitions of words and concepts do not try to dominate the definitions of God Almighty.

As for God, He has His own definitions of certain concepts, and we must be careful not to replace His definitions with our own. A classic example I've seen many times is this: On one hand, you find a child of God who eats meat, and on the other you find another child of God who is a vegetarian. We automatically assume that the child of God who is a vegetarian is much more anointed and disciplined as compared to the one who actually does eat meat. But the Bible tells us that

"another brother WHO IS WEAK eateth herbs."

Another example of different definitions is this: We think a stingy person is the one who refuses to give out anything, but the Bible tells us that a stingy person actually does give out but then goes on to calculate the cost!

I mentioned all that stuff about definitions to say this; If you find out from the Bible that you are anointed, you better start acting anointed and doing the things that anointed people do.

If the Bible tells you that believers will lay their hands on the sick and they shall recover, then you ask yourself the question "are you a believer?" if yes, then you have a right to lay your hands on the sick and God has a responsibility to see to it that they recover, for He will not shame His own Word.

Navigating the Realm of Money as a Child of God

Navigating the Realm of Money as a Child of God =============================================== The Ministry of Reconciliation ------------------------------ As children of God, we all have a shared ministry of reconciliation. This means that our lives should be a testament to God's grace and mercy, guiding others towards the kingdom of God. The five-fold ministers of the gospel - apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers - have the primary responsibility of ensuring the growth and spiritual maturity of the church. However, the ministry of reconciliation is not limited to these leaders; it is the duty of every child of God. The Cost of the Gospel ---------------------- Fulfilling the gospel mandate requires financial resources. In 1 Corinthians 9:7, the Bible states that a soldier does not go to war at his own expense. Similarly, as soldiers in the kingdom of God, we do not bear the full cost of the work we are called to do. The Lord Himself is committed to providing ...

The Power of God

Some of us are well qualified to speak about the power of God. Mainly because we have been in God's field and helped many that were bound, we set them free using the power of God that is invested in the Name of Jesus. I have personally led many crusades, and in those crusades the Lord showed forth His power tremendously. Never let these man-made viruses and reports mislead you, the Lord still heals people today. He will always heal His people because God is Love. I still remember the testimony of a young girl who had sores all over her head for a very long time and couldn't grow any hair. Her parents were good friends with my friends, and so it happened that when I went to visit my friends, we ended up visiting her family. When we arrived, the little girl came to greet me. I say her condition immediately, and her dad told me what was going on. I prayed for the girl right there, using the authority of the Name of Jesus. Some days later her dad told me that the sores on her head...
